About Me
Hello! I'm Milena Kaprálová. Welcome to my page!
I come from Slovakia, and currently I am based in Amsterdam.
Next to AI and quantum computing, I like a bunch of other things. In fact, I did my bachelor in Psychology (2019-2022). I have a master's in Artificial Intelligence (2022-2026) and currently I study Quantum Computer Science (2024-2026), both at the University of Amsterdam.
You can get a glimpse of my academic and professional journey elsewhere on this website though, so on this page, I can show you other things that I enjoy:
Gardening.
Making dry plants from the store bloom again.
Making my space cozy.
Harvesting 8 strawberries a year.
Wearing running shoes on Swiss mountains.
Resting on the top of a hill after a long hike.
Ordering pastry for the next morning at a French camping.
Watching the sunrise from inside the tent.
Making tiramisu.
Truffle pizza.
Being able to hear myself properly when doing music.
Listening to the rock band (I won't tell you which one).
Playing with a band. You can also check out some acoustic recordings (cover of 'Something Stupid' by Frank & Nancy Sinatra, cover of 'Love of my Life' by Queen and 'Tribute to Laika' by Peter Sloot) where I sing and play the violin.
My aunt's cats.
Another aunt's cat.
Going to New Orleans to present my work.
Having great teammates.
Sculptures in Paris.
